Make your page from an assistant
deckle.page works inside AI assistants. Ask Claude, or any assistant that can use an MCP connector, to make your wedding website, and it comes back with two links: your page, and your private editor. There is nothing to sign up for.
Add it to Claude
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it deckle.page and give it this address:
https://deckle.page/mcp - There is no sign-in. Save it, then ask something like: “Make our wedding website. We’re Ada and Lin, and we’re getting married on 18 September 2027.”
Other assistants that can add a remote MCP server take the same address. It speaks the streamable HTTP transport and needs no authentication.
What it can do
One thing: make a new page. The assistant sends two first names and the wedding date, and, if you ask for them, a look (The Crest, The Date or The Overprint) and a colour (tomato, butter or chocolate). It gets back the link to your page and the link to your editor.
It cannot read, change or delete any page, see a guest list, or send anything to anyone. Everything after the first step happens in the editor, in your browser: the venue, the day, photographs, replies, and the invitations to download.
Your page, once it is made
- It is the same page you would get from our front page, free in the same way.
- It starts unlisted: search engines are asked not to index it until you keep it.
- Keep it by adding your email in the editor. A page nobody opens, edits or keeps is deleted after 14 days.
- The editor link is the key to your page. Anyone with it can edit, so share it only with the people planning with you.
Privacy
The assistant sends us only what the page needs: the two names, the date, and the look and colour if you chose them. We store them as we store any page, with one word saying which assistant made it. We never see your conversation; the company that runs your assistant handles that under its own policy. The rest is on our privacy page.
Limits
Names up to 120 characters each, a date as a real calendar day, and up to 20 new pages a minute from one address. If the assistant is told to wait, it can try again a minute later.
