What you write goes to Ruth and Alan and nowhere else. What you can’t eat goes to their caterer and is erased thirty days after the wedding. There are no trackers on this page, and nothing is sold. How this works.

What to wear

Smart and comfortable. The streets are steep and cobbled, so please wear sensible shoes.

Getting there, and staying

St Ives has a branch-line station, with a connection from St Erth. Parking in the town is limited, so we would suggest the park-and-ride.

Gifts

We have everything we need. Please don't feel you have to give anything, though if you would like to, we are putting money towards a new garden bench.

Things people ask

Are children welcome?

Very much so. Our grandchildren are part of the day, and they are looking forward to it.

Is the church easy to reach?

It is up a short, steep hill. If steps are a worry, please tell us and we will arrange a lift.

The short version

We have each been married before, and we are not in a hurry any more. This is a small day with our children and grandchildren, and a long lunch.
